Hi all,
Just curious to know what's thesmallest size tank I can go without making the bettas too unhappy. They're all in proper size containiers according to their size rightnow, but when I get the money to invest in good rectangle tanks, I wantto get as small as I can get without crunching the poor fish in. I know a gallon is pretty standard but I'm just short on space. Thanks! -Andrew Z

4x4x7" There were these awesome cubes on aquabid that I wanted to get for my breeders. Like this only there were 60 of them I like keeping my kids in the Medium sized Lee's kritter keepers though. Easy to clean and they still have a gallon and a half of space.

Hmmm that helps a lot. Now it looks like I can get something a little smaller for them all without feeling too bad about it. I do like the Kritter Keeper idea though. Now that I think about, I have one in my closet!

Sounds like you need to go to Petco tomorrow! Something cheaper than Kritter keepers but still about a gallon are those plastic shoeboxes things. It is hard to find really clear ones, but you can normally get them at the dollar store. I keep a few around as emergency tanks and storage for extra tank junk.

I found a container in my closet that'll fit a betta just fine:)....from waht I remember, this held the few lizards I had when i cleaned their tanks/containers. Looks like I might be getting another fishy friend mwahaha.
